Requirements :

• 3+ years of experience in transmission/radio network planning(TNP, RNP) and 1+ year for TE, 3+years working experience in telecom industry particularly in project implementation (PM).

• Previous experience in project management (PM).

• Advance user of Pathloss Planning Tool (TNP).

• Good knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/CDMA/UMTS products, signaling flow, antenna system (RNP).

• Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of network optimization (RNP).

• Have good experience with SDH/PDH radio products of Nokia, Alcatel, Siemens, Harris, and Ericsson (TNP).

Qualifications :
