TRANSMISSION NETWORK PLANNER (Code: TNP)
Main Duties and Responsibilities :

Preliminary Planning: topology & media selection, capacity planning, route planning.

Site Surveys: Visiting specific locations to determine microwave radio transmission feasibility.
-
Network Line Of Sight Survey: With the aid of maps and radio network software determines radio path profile and path loss.
-
Transmission Link Design: Determining transmission equipment (antenna, feeder, radio output power etc), choosing design parameters in accordance to ITU R recommendation and objectives requested by customer.

Frequency Planning: Determining frequency allocation in accordance to ITU R recommendation and DGPT rules.
Requirements :
-
3+ years of experience in transmission/radio network planning(TNP, RNP) and 1+ year for TE, 3+years working experience in telecom industry particularly in project implementation (PM).

Previous experience in project management (PM).

Advance user of Pathloss Planning Tool (TNP).

Good knowledge of mobile communications and principles of GSM/CDMA/UMTS products, signaling flow, antenna system (RNP).

Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of network optimization (RNP).

Have good experience with SDH/PDH radio products of Nokia, Alcatel, Siemens, Harris, and Ericsson (TNP).
Qualifications :
-
Min D3 from reputable institutions majoring in telecommunication or electronic engineering (TNP,RNP) or other related fields (PM).

Ability to, independently, and adaptable to fast changing environment.

Highly assertive, dynamic, mobile.
